NOTHING IS EXACTLY THAT NOTHING. MEANING THE LOAF OF BREAD WE COULD HAVE BROUGHT FOR OUR CHILDREN, OR THE GALLON OF GAS TO GET TO A JOB INTERVIEW, OR THE FLOWER TO MAKE MOM FEEL BETTER WAS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH SACRIFICE TO PAY THEM THE NOTHING FIVE DOLLARS. HMMM.
THIS IS A PROBLEM HAPPENING MORE OFTEN. TOO MANY PEOPLE WORKING IN FIELDS NOT SUITABLE FOR WHO THEY ARE AS A PERSON. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT RECRUITERS AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS PRESSURED TO FILL SPOTS AND JUST HIRING THE FIRST COLLEGE GRADUATE THEY SEE IN A SUIT, TIE AND SKIRT. GET REAL RECRUITERS, EVERY JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. WHEN DOING INTERVIEWS FOR PUBLIC INTERACTION RELATED FIELDS, NEW METHODS ARE REQUIRED TO SEE IF THEY ARE TRULY SUITABLE FOR THE JOB. FOR EXAMPLE, CALL THEIR HOUSE ATTEMPTING TO SELL THEM SOMETHING AND SEE HOW THEY SPEAK TO THE REPRESENTATIVE, ARE THEY WILLING TO LISTEN, ARE THEY RUDE. CHECK THESE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE APPLICANTS OUT. I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS ABOUT THIS SITUATION BECAUSE ITS MY CAREER. GO TEAM PEOPLE PROSPECTORS. WE CHECK EM OUT BEFORE YOU LOOSE A CUSTOMER. GO TEAM!


CONCLUSION:SCANA ENERGY REGULATED NEEDS A NEW IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM BECAUSE THIS ONE IS FOR THE BIRDS.. FLY AWAY TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. TRY IGNITE AND EARN MONEY TOO. THAT WAS A FREEBIE.....
