Simply Success is Simply Scandalous
Good evening Lovers,
This is a red alert!
Situation: Tenent A. enters an assistance program for Homeless Individuals and Families. the programs refers tenet A. to Simply Success Owner Cheryl Gibson for Shelter and Safe Haven. tenent A. remains a resident of Rooming house under the umbrella of Simply Success for 8 months making monthly payments of $650.00 for 1 bedroom. Arrangements are made for tenent A to vacate home August 23,2011 in order for C. Gibson to transfer property into the hands of a Section 8 recipient. Understandable financially. Tenent A. offers to rent home so as not to be dislocated for rental price of 1200.00 along with a roomate just joining the picture. Tenent B. recently located to Tampa from Georgia. C. Gibson refuses offer. also understandable. July 28 Simply Success owner states that immediate vacation of the property must take place before August 1, 2011. 26 days ahead of agreed dates.
The catch:
One week before "kick out" date, C.Gibson unplugs microwave, disassembles stove, removes washer from premises, unplugs refridgerators thus spoiling food which was brought by tenent A,B,C, and D. C. gibson requests that all tenents clean the residence in preperation for the section 8 tenent later to be found out as a relative of C. Gibson owner of Simply Success. Tenents not due to vacate for 7 days and heres the best one. C. Gibson dissables AC unit in Tampa, Florida.
And Another Thing:
Tenent B's mail was tampered with, discarded and redirected without consent. Isnt there a law against that. verifyed by tenent B's employer-paycheck was mailed. Verifyed by postal worker, Cheryl Gibson handed mail back stating that tenent did not live on property while they are still residing on premises.
Not to Mention;
Tenent A , evicted without proper notice with child 1 age 16 , child 2 age 14 and child 3 age 9
Tenent B,evicted Child 1 age 17
Tenent C evicted Child age 8
Tenent D just evicted
Current Status of Tenent A and B and children 1-4:
Cramped, crowded in 1 hotel room spending all earned money on paying weekly rental total $880.oo which could have been used to pay deposit for new rental given the proper vacating time agreed upon.

Simply Success dba Cheryl Gibson, has been conning Homeless recovery for a very long time.But what do I care, I don't qualify for rental assistance because I don't make enough money. hmm But anyone who was in the office of " homeless recovery" could have heard my entire lifestory in the front lobby thanks to NOT SO DISCREET CASE WORKER SUSAN KETTERER! way to go on that privacy act. It seems as if these people operate on the same scandalous principles...huh imagine that!

GET A REAL TRAINING PROGRAM..SCANA ENERGY REGULATED!
DEAR LOVERS,
TODAY WE EXPERIENCED THE ULTIMATE DISRESPECT FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE OF SCANA ENERGY REGULATED. WHY ARE WE SO UPSET ABOUT IT, EVEN THOUGH THE SUPERVISOR DIFFUSED THE SITUATION? ITS SIMPLE,
NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE SUBJECTED TO SOMEONE TELLING THEM THAT THE MONEY THEY PAY A COMPANY IS NOTHING. WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR SMALL PAYMENT OF 5.OO WAS NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING IS EXACTLY THAT NOTHING. MEANING THE LOAF OF BREAD WE COULD HAVE BROUGHT FOR OUR CHILDREN, OR THE GALLON OF GAS TO GET TO A JOB INTERVIEW, OR THE FLOWER TO MAKE MOM FEEL BETTER WAS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH SACRIFICE TO PAY THEM THE NOTHING FIVE DOLLARS. HMMM.
THIS IS A PROBLEM HAPPENING MORE OFTEN. TOO MANY PEOPLE WORKING IN FIELDS NOT SUITABLE FOR WHO THEY ARE AS A PERSON. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT RECRUITERS AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS PRESSURED TO FILL SPOTS AND JUST HIRING THE FIRST COLLEGE GRADUATE THEY SEE IN A SUIT, TIE AND SKIRT. GET REAL RECRUITERS, EVERY JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. WHEN DOING INTERVIEWS FOR PUBLIC INTERACTION RELATED FIELDS, NEW METHODS ARE REQUIRED TO SEE IF THEY ARE TRULY SUITABLE FOR THE JOB. FOR EXAMPLE, CALL THEIR HOUSE ATTEMPTING TO SELL THEM SOMETHING AND SEE HOW THEY SPEAK TO THE REPRESENTATIVE, ARE THEY WILLING TO LISTEN, ARE THEY RUDE. CHECK THESE SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE APPLICANTS OUT. I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS ABOUT THIS SITUATION BECAUSE ITS MY CAREER. GO TEAM PEOPLE PROSPECTORS. WE CHECK EM OUT BEFORE YOU LOOSE A CUSTOMER.
